Across the Atlantic today MBA Mortgage Applications figures for February 5th will be the first item on the calendar. FED chair Janet Yellen testifies before the Congress or some of its Committees to explain the current economic situation and the policies applied to improve it. EIA Crude Oil Stocks figures and the Monthly Budget Statement for January follow, as will a speech from  the president of Federal Reserve of San Francisco and FOMC voter John C. Williams. EURUSD trading at 1.1262 while USOIL was trading at $30.15
