FUNDAMENTAL ANALYSIS BY NSFX 23.09.2015

Good morning,

Japan will once again remain closed for the Autumnal Equinox Day holiday. USDJPY trading at 120.21 The Caixin Manufacturing Purchasing Manager’s Index out of China was down below the expected result at 47.0 when 47.5 had been predicted by analysts. Australia’s Reserve Bank published their annual report overnight, other figures from down under included CB Leading Indicator for July and the Financial Stability Review. AUDUSD trading at 0.7043

In Europe this session the Netherlands and France announce GDP figures, along with French and German Markit Services and Manufacturing figures. EURUSD trading at 1.1138  Poland’s Unemployment Rate and the Norwegian Labour Force Survey are also due this session with Euro Zone Markit figures also out today. European Central Bank President Mario Draghi is scheduled to speak later in the session as well.

The FTSE100 was trading at 6014.50 while the DAX was trading at 9665.81

Across the Atlantic we will see MBA Mortgage Applications figures out or the US before Canadian Retail Sales figures for August are announced. USDCAD trading at 1.3270 EIA Crude Oil Stocks change figures are also due for publication this session with a barrel of crude priced at $46.79 at time of writing. GOLD trading at $1126 per ounce. US GDP figures to look forward to later in the week, the rate of growth is expected to be a steady 3.7% in the second quarter.

The DOW closed at 16330.47 dropping 179.72 points or minus 1.09%
