FUNDAMENTAL ANALYSIS BY NSFX 30.12.2013

Good morning ,

The MSCI Asia Pacific Index gained for  the 10th consecutive day and the Japanese Yen reached a 5 years low against the USD and considering that the Bank of Japan has no intention to cut its monetary stimulus the Japanese Yen weakness will continue likely the next year as well.

The Nikkei in Japan closed at 16,291.31 (+0.69%) and the Hang Seng in Honk Kong finished the session at 23,244.87 (+0.01%). In China the Shanghai Shenzen CSI closed at 2,299.46 (-0.17%).

In Europe at 8:50 GMT  the Euro STOXX 50 is trading at 3,114.12 (+0.09%) and the DAX in Germany is at 9,591.68 (+0.02%). In Uk the FTSE100 is at 6,767.75 (+0.25%).

In the currency market the EurUsd is trading at 1.3742 (-0.04%)  and the UsdJpy on its 6th consecutive positive day is at 105.31 (+0.15%). GbpUsd now is below 1.65 at 1.6489 (+0.02%).

Gold is trading at 1204.5 $/ounce (-0.72%) after it failed to rise above 1.213 $/ounce area.  Silver is below 20 $/ounce at 19.65 $/ounce (-2.09%).

Pending home sales data (Nov) will be released in US at 15:00 GMT.
