USDJPY is slightly bearish, sentiment leads. USD’s retreat after meeting resistance at 123.44 has retaining the view that near term sideways trading below 123.61 would continue. JPY has finished its first descending impulse.

The prices have left session highs. The preference is long positions above 44.40 with targets at 44.75 and 45.45. We will be neutral now as RSI moves above 30.00 levels. We have no interest in selling this market right now.

AUD is higher against its U.S. counterpart on Wednesday. Bias in the pair remains on the downside for the 0.6905 low. Volume is below average because of the U.S. bank holiday. AUD has not finished its descending structure yet.
