Should the price of gold decline further we could see the development of a head and shoulders pattern on the daily chart. Resistance expected towards the 1210 area going forward. Support in the 1180 level area expected should prices drop lower.

Resistance holding towards the 1.5030 area late last week, and we could see this level again offering resistance. Support this session could be expected at 1.4950, a resistance level turned support. A break below could see further support expected in the 1.48 figure area.

Meeting resistance towards the 50 day SMA and the weekly high from last week towards 1.0850 we see the Euro falling to the test of support at the 1.07 figure area yesterday. A close below this level could see the 1.06 figure come into play.
