On the chart we see resistance towards the 1240 area should we once again breach the 1220 level of resistance, with 1255 the next possible level of interest for bullish traders. Support expected towards the 1200 level expected to offer major support, which we saw a test of this week.

Cable tested support at 1.5325 this week, should this level hold going forward a bullish trend may materialize. Resistance broken at the 1.55 figure and the 100 day SMA level. Should Sterling continue to rise against the USD we could see the 1.5620 area come into play.

On the chart we see a wedge with resistance toward the 1.14 figure area, with support yesterday at the 1.13 figure. Beyond these areas we could expect the 1.1460 resistance to come into play should traders bullish on the Euro hold sway. Bearish breakout could see 1.1275 supporting going forward.
