FUNDAMENTAL ANALYSIS BY NSFX 14.11.2016

Good morning,
The preliminary GDP for the third quarter of 2016 grew by 2.2% in Japan, above the expected 0.9%. USDJPY trading at 107.49 at time of writing. Capacity Utilization however, was down by 2% but Industrial Production figures were on the rise. Chinese Retail Sales figures were out slightly lower than had been expected, as were the Industrial Production. Urban Investment was out slightly higher than had been forecast. New Zealand's Retail Sales figures will be out in the coming 24 hours, as will the Reserve Bank of Australia Meeting Minutes. AUDNZD trading at 1.0645 at time of writing.
In Europe this session Industrial Production figures and a speech by ECB President Mario Draghi will be the two items to watch for today. Italian Consumer Prices and Swiss Producer and Import Prices figures will also be out this session. EURCHF trading at 1.0705 at time of writing. Across the Atlantic there will be speeches from Richmond Fed President Lacker, and San Francisco Fed President Williams. USDCAD trading at 1.3560 a level not seen since February. GOLD traded at around $1220 per ounce while USOIL was trading at close to $44 per barrel.
