The gold markets gaped a bit lower during the session on Tuesday, and then bounced around to form a fairly neutral looking candle. First resistance is seen at 1098.00. Our view is a bearish market and we are at the sell side.

AUDUSD managed to break 0.7200 levels and to keep our bearish trend expectations valid efficiently. The buyers are at 0.7150 and mingled with stops below 0.7170. Support around 0.7085 should hold near term, with USD on the back foot.

Oil declined after failing to keep the bullish moves and that would extend the downside wave. The breach of the August 2015 low at 37.91 continued to drag prices back to multi year lows. It is oversold.
