Gold was trading at 1071.17. D1 is correcting upwards from its 6-year low having surpassed the support of the downtrend. Gold is still heavily oversold on its MACD and way below its 200 day moving average.

The low just reached 1.0795 and bounced. The main trend is up according to the chart, but we expect the price to move mainly sideways this week. EURUSD has moved higher after holding support near the 38.2% and the corrective low.

EURUSD formed a short term bottom at 1.0517. RSI indicator is probing a horizontal line. The pair was unable to go beyond 1.1100. On the topside, the 1.0987 level is the 38.2% of the move down from the August high.
