FUNDAMENTAL ANALYSIS BY NSFX 03.02.2014

Good morning,

with markets closed in China, Hong Kong, Malaysia for the Lunar New Year Holiday the area could not digest the Chinese manufacturing gauge that showed the lowest data in 6 months. The Nikkei in Japan lost 295 points at 14,619.13 (-1.98%).

Equities in Europe are little changed and the Stoxx50 is down 3.63 points at 3,010.33 (-0.12%). In Germany the DAX is flat at 9,301.37 and in UK the FTSE100 is gaining 6.63 points at 6,517.07 (+0.10%).

In the currency market the EurUsd is unchanged at 1.3485 and UsdJpy is up 10 pips at 102.13. GbpUsd is trading at 1.6391 (-0.28%) and UsdChf is down 8 pips at 0.9053 (-0.09%).

Metals are trading in negative territory and Gold is losing 2.22$ at 1,242.22 $/ounce (-0.18%) and Silver is at 19.11 $/ounce (-0.29%). Crude Oil is trading at 96.9 $/barrel (-0.61%), down 59 cents and Natural Gas at 4.84 $/BTU (-2.02%).

This morning from 8:43 GMT will be released in Germany, Eurozone, Italy and UK the Markit Manufacturing data and at 13:58 in US will be released the Manufacturing data as well. At 15:00 GMT figures of ISM non manufacturing will be released in US and likely this data will have an impact on the trading environment.
