FUNDAMENTAL ANALYSIS BY NSFX 23.12.2016

Good morning,
Today is the last trading day until Tuesday, as Monday is closed for the Christmas Holiday. Japanese markets broke off following yesterday's session, as today marks the celebration of the Emperor's Birthday. USDJPY trading at 117.44 at time of writing. In Europe there will be the GDP figures out of the Netherlands released before the markets open, and then Gfk Consumer Confidence Survey out of Germany along with Finnish Producer Price Index figures for November. Hungary will announce their third quarter current account balances followed by their October Trade Balance figures. The KOF Leading Indicator will be published in Switzerland for December. EURCHF trading at 1.0716 at time of writing.
Norway will look towards unemployment data, while Britain will announce third quarter Gross Domestic Product figures. GBPUSD trading at 1.2273 at time of writing. Then as the trading week draws nearer the close Canada will announce October GDP figures. Shortly afterwards we will get New Home Sales figures out of the US along with the Michigan Consumer Sentiment Index for December. USDCAD trading at 1.3492 at time of writing.
